The Democrat National Convention has ended—topped off by Kamala Harris’ much-anticipated speech. Biden would have bungled such a demanding oratorical task—even with a teleprompter, but Kamala was much more competent and delivered the speech in a professional manner. She didn’t even mar it with her usual silly giggling. Regardless, the content was still filled with anti-Trump drum beating and lies while being low on Democrat policy—just like all the other speeches we heard this week.
The speakers must know they have nothing to tout—the Biden/Harris administration has been an abject failure. It began with the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan and continued with wide open borders, rampant inflation, a weakened, ‘woke’ military, and threats of WWIII and global nuclear destruction. The ‘Green New Deal’ has been a miserable failure. It damaged the auto industry and only a handful of charging stations were built—and at great cost. Biden ruined our energy independence and drove up gas prices due to his climate change cult nonsense.

Yet the Democrats tout Biden’s tenure as wildly successful. Some even suggested he belongs on Mount Rushmore. If so, his head should be facing into the mountain. To paint Biden and Harris as ‘successful’ requires extra gas for the necessary gaslighting. Kamala Harris contributed nothing as Vice President. Nobody can name one of her accomplishments. Her tenure as border czar was a complete failure.

Each major speaker repeated a long-list of tired anti-Trump lies to disparage the 45th president. Biden in particular loves to repeat the ’suckers and losers,’ line supposedly uttered by Trump (dozens of witnesses claim he never said it). Biden knows it’s a lie, but he summons up tremendous anger as he repeats it. Other lies top Democrats told included the ‘bloodbath’ line, the ’there are good people on both sides’ smear, and how Trump will completely take away abortion rights. Some even say he wants to take away medicare and social security. One lower-ranked speaker even said, if elected, Trump would use lawfare to go after his enemies. Oops! That’s exactly what the Democrats are doing.
The only thing Kamala Harris has in her arsenal (besides her love of abortion) are the same old disproven, anti-Trump lies. Even Snopes says they are not true.
The debates will not go well for the Democrats, who operate on gaslighting, outright lies, and ‘joy.’ Trump and Vance use logic, reason, and evidence. It will be fun watching Harris and Walz squirm during upcoming debates.
