First their cell phones exploded. Then their pagers. The Iranian-backed Hezbollah terrorists in Lebanon had their communications network blown up. Then they were blown up. Israel launched pinpoint airstrikes last week and killed their leader, Hassan Nasrallah, deep in his underground headquarters in Beirut. Iran was outraged. Well, too bad. Hezbollah had been launching missiles into Israel for years. It was payback time.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave the go-ahead for the strike just before he addressed the United Nations. Iran and many other anti-Israel countries did not attend Netanyahu’s speech out of anger and protest. Now Iran is even more angry. Their terrorist functionaries are being methodically destroyed.
Barack Obama sent Iran billions of dollars on pallets. Biden generously sent Iran billions more. Iran used the cash to fund Hezbollah and Yemen’s Houthis, who launched attacks on Israeli cities and US warships. Many of their drones and missiles were foiled by US and Israeli air defenses.
Trump did not give Iran a dime—his goal was to impoverish the part they played in regional terrorism. Trump also ordered a drone strike to take out a top Iranian commander and terrorist mastermind. Iran has since been threatening to assassinate Trump.

Ron Paul once said Israel can take care of itself. That’s probably true, but the US continues to funnel billions in taxpayer money to Israel. Last week they certainly proved they could take care of business.
