President Trump said he was losing patience with Russia’s reluctance to pursue peace. Instead, Putin has ramped up his attacks. He wants unilateral victory over Ukraine. He wants all of Ukraine, not just part of it.

If Putin refuses to agree to a cease fire within 10 or 12 days, then Trump will implement stricter sanctions and tariffs against his country. Russian officials scoffed with contempt at this, so it’s unlikely they will capitulate.

This probably means more arms, more money, and more lives spent in Ukraine, and even the possibility that WWIII will be triggered.

All of this because NATO and war-mongers in the US State Department wanted to annex Ukraine and expedite ‘regime change’ in Moscow. They wanted Russia folded into the globalist banker hegemony. Instead, they became part of BRICS and are working on their own currency, which would challenge the dollar’s hegemony. Russia warned Trump’s ultimatum could provoke war and compared his actions to something “Sleepy Joe” might do.

Peace now seems a forlorn hope.
