Trump was the first president to attend a Super Bowl. He was greeted with thundering applause from the crowd, whereas Taylor Swift endured a loud chorus of boos.
This portended well for the Philadelphia Eagles and not so well for the Kansas City Chiefs. Swift enjoys showing up for games and cheering on her boyfriend, Kansas City’s Travis Kelce, but that love vibe has changed since she openly supported Kamala Harris over Trump. Nobody wants to see her, a leftist billionaire, jump up and down when her boyfriend has a good play. At least, not any more.

Sure enough, Kelce had a bad game. So did Patrick Mahomes. He was repeatedly sacked. He fumbled once and was intercepted twice. The Philadelphia Eagles showed more energy and dominated the game. Theirs was a golden win.
