Now that Trump has been elected the next president, the cases against him are dropping like rotten leaves.
Jack Smith tried to invent a case claiming Trump plotted an insurrection on January 6. He did no such thing and it was a protest, not an insurrection. No matter—Smith was virulently anti-Trump and so he charged ahead. Now he’s in full retreat and tucking tail. His case was already absurdly thin and he has to pack it in now that Trump was elected. The entire Biden DOJ should do the same—especially the Merrick Garland, who abused the law and his powers to ‘get’ Trump. Such lawfare was obvious and outrageous and it’s one of the reasons voters rejected Harris.

A crazy woman accused Trump of sexually assaulting her. Since the case was brought in New York City, Trump was automatically found guilty and was ordered to pay millions of dollars to E. Jean Carroll, who made up a story and had no evidence—yet Trump was found guilty simply because he was Trump. He called the verdict ‘a disgrace.’
Judge Merchan was similarly affected with Trump Derangement Syndrome and made sure his court was packed with extra bouncy anti-Trump kangaroos. The Democrats even changed the law to allow them to invent charges against Trump, but it became clear Michael Cohen was the bad guy.
Not pictured in my cartoon was Letitia James, the Attorney General for New York. Her goal was to financially bankrupt or at least hamstring the president by claiming he overestimated his estate in Florida to get a business loan. The banks are perfectly able to assess what Trump’s property was worth and they had no problem with giving him the loan, which was paid back in full. Still, James invented a non-existent crime and then set her sights on seizing Trump’s property. James ran her AG election on ‘getting Trump.’ SHE is the one who should be getting prosecuted for conspiracy and maybe she will. One of Trump’s lawyers warned her to back off. Letitia was told, “We will put your fat a** in prison!”
New York City DA Alvin Bragg sent Trump before Merchan in the ‘hush money’ case (actually Stormy McDaniels is the one who owes Trump money after losing an earlier case). Merchan’s hand-picked anti-Trump jury found Trump guilty. Merchan is expected to sentence Trump soon and perhaps even try to toss him in the slammer. I doubt he’ll have much luck with that and he most likely won’t try. His tail is also now firmly tucked. An individual state cannot drum up charges and try to jail an elected president. If anyone deserves prison, it’s Merchan, James, Bragg, and Smith. One might add Fani Willis to that list as well.
In all the cases against Trump exculpatory evidence was ignored or discarded by corrupt and prejudiced judges and prosecutors.
The pack of vicious curs who attacked Trump are now retreating in disgrace. They deserve to lose their law licenses at the very least. Merrick Garland and Joe Biden signaled the witch hunt, which ultimately cost their party the election.
