Trump The Peacemaker, Dragging Zelensky to The Peace Table

It appears Volodymyr Zelensky doesn’t want to end his war with Russia. The Ukrainian dictator has been demanding an “Army of Europe” to help him defeat Russia. That would mean WWIII, but Zelensky seems to welcome worldwide conflagration.
Zelensky doesn’t seem to have a lot of respect for our new president. He rejected Trump’s proposal to mine for rare earths in Ukraine as partial repayment for the $300 billion the US has sent to fund the war.

Perhaps Ukraine’s leader is too used to showing up in a t-shirt in front of Congress and receiving blank checks from the likes of Biden and the Democrats. Those checks also came without strings or accountability. Trump demands both. After all, the US sent over 70 percent of the money to Ukraine. US citizens are keenly feeling that with inflation—especially high grocery prices.
Maybe power has gone to the former comedian’s cocaine-addled brain. He has been called a modern day “Winston Churchill” and defender of democracy, but his country has Nazis fighting for him (I’ve seen the swastika tattoos). Russia was formerly the Soviet Union, which was the west’s ally and fought against Nazis. Now we’re supposed to be on the side of Ukraine? It’s confusing, but for those still insisting Ukraine is a democracy, let’s consider how Zelensky shut down free speech and opposing media, (and locked up Gonzala Lira, who died in prison), closed churches, and even halted elections. Hardly democratic.

The Democrats have become the war party because they benefit from the kickbacks it brings them. (DOGE will no doubt reveal that corruption soon). Yet, the defunct legacy media keeps telling us how Putin is the sole aggressor and how he wants to conquer Europe. They use fear to keep the money flowing into Zelensky and his corrupt oligarch’s pockets. The truth is, Obama’s diplomat, Victoria Nuland, was assigned with fomenting ‘regime change’ in Russia, and that began with diminishing power from native Russians in Ukraine. Putin finally had enough when ethnic Russians, who made up 90 percent of the population in the Donbas region, began getting bombed by Zelensky’s forces. Putin is not out to conquer Europe—that is fear mongering—but as a nationalist he will protect Russia and Russians and that’s what he’s doing. NATO got too ambitious and was converting too many countries on Russia’s doorstep. Ukraine is on that doorstep.
Zelensky hates Russia and Russians and considers Ukraine to be part of Europe. He wants NATO and EU protections even now. Trump has already stated NATO membership will not happen. Then Zelensky then disrespected Trump further when he complained that he should not speak to Putin first and said, “I never accept any decisions between US and Ukraine—never!” He actually said it would be ‘dangerous’ if Trump spoke with Putin. The heel that is Ukraine’s dictator seems to be digging in his heels.
Thanks to Biden and his party’s corruption (as well as weak European leadership), Zelensky is used to getting his way, and now the dictator is standing in the way of peace. Perhaps Trump should grab him by the scruff of the neck and show him the way.
