SOLD ‘SEEING DOUBLE’
20″ x 24″ Oil on Linen canvas board
Framed in a barnwood frame.
Signed by Ben Garrison
The saloon went silent when ‘Big Buck’ stumbled in. Maybe it was his look. Or maybe it was the dried blood coating his hands. Whatever it was, the men in the bar recoiled and stared at the infamous cowboy who sauntered through the saw dust.
Several clicks of the clock later, two shots of whiskey graced his calloused fingers. ‘Big Buck’ tapped the glass with his dirty fingernails and grimaced. The whiskey was a reward well deserved. The unwelcomed thoughts swirling through his mind ceased, the only thing that mattered to him was rocketing down the firewater as quickly as possible.
“Seeing Double” captures the moment after ‘Big Buck’ did the unimaginable and before the confrontation.
